About the Role

As a professional cleaner you will be responsible for the following:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all assigned areas according to established standards and protocols. This includes but is not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces, ensuring that spaces are free from dirt, debris, and germs.

Trash Disposal: Properly collect, separate, and dispose of waste materials, ensuring adherence to waste management guidelines and maintaining a clean and orderly appearance of the premises.

Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, ensuring that toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other fixtures are sparkling clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Floor Care: Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment to clean and maintain different types of flooring, such as carpet, tile, hardwood, and laminate, ensuring safety and enhancing the overall aesthetics.

Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and other transparent surfaces to provide a clear and polished appearance.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a safe environment for both clients and staff. Use cleaning chemicals and solutions responsibly and store them securely when not in use.

Reporting and Inventory: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory levels of cleaning supplies, and report any discrepancies or needs to the supervisor.

Communication: Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, supervisors, and fellow team members, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and effectively.

Flexible Schedule: Be open to working flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of different businesses.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality cleaning results.

  • Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects, as needed. (Up to 35 Lbs)

  • Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Understanding of safety guidelines and willingness to adhere to them consistently.

  • A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting commercial space.
